Absolutely disgusting service by Szilvia Szabo. She told me that my time is "irrelevant" despite I have been waiting for over 2 months to receive my wardrobe without any form of communication from the store even though I was told that I would receive it in 4 weeks when I payed my deposit. I have consistently called to query my order and no one has ever answered my call. Multiple times I have left voicemails without anyone responding to them. Finally after being given a date over the phone as to when I will receive my order I was told that by Silvia that I must make a full payment in store over the next 45 minutes or she will cancel my order. The store is far from where I live. Szilvia also refused to put me through to speak to the manager regarding my order and the disgustingly terrible service that she was providing.
