After much deliberation we purchased a kitchen from here. The rep who measured uo was very helpful who's name I sadly forget. When our kitchen was delivered, our builder from Smith & Sons builders but allegedly working freelance said the instruction book/plans were missing along with some panels it turned out his boss had them at home. Calling Howdens and being promised the return call that never came on more than one occasion was a pain. Before this kitchen installation was finished, we called a halt to any further work and completed it ourselves. Avoid general builders when having a kitchen installed, no matter what experience they claim to have as carpenters and get a kitchen installation team to do it otherwise you need up likevus, having to refit things correctly. Howdens were great to deal with during this stressful time.
Purchased a kitchen from here during the Summer. Chris was most helpful and took the time to make a plan for the kitchen, which we agreed upon. However, the fitters did not follow the plan and the result is a badly fitted kitchen. They made changes without consulting us, and they weren't changes for the better!!! We are very disappointed and upset. Although Howdens can't be blamed for this as we chose fitter, they are well known to Howdens.
Tracey and her team are very helpful and attentive. Working as a team to service their clients. Nice quality products, shame it's not free! Lol. Definitely would use them again.
Really struggled to get a response though out the process, not great customer survive. A section of my kitchen was wrong as well but not sure if that was howldens or the builders. Sadly overall I couldn’t recommend.
Was ignored when we walked in to have a look at the Kitchen worktops despite it not being busy. Gladly spent my hard earned money elsewhere.
Was asked to wait outside for not wearing a mask even though proving that I was exempt from wearing one due to a medical condition.
Small showroom, however all the material /colours are available in display. Staff are quick to design.
Great service/advice and a wide choice of quality kitchens.
Tracy our Howdens planner was fantastic, her experience and advice was excellent and can't thank her enough!Really pleased with the quality of the units,appliances and flooring my wife and I are so delighted. Of course you need a skilled craftsman to make it look a million dollars, our builder Reece is the ultimate professional, a real perfectionist which shines through in the pride he takes in his work,he's assistant Mark maintains the highest of standards set by this team of craftsman. Can't praise them enough!
Popped in to look at kitchens and felt really disappointed with the service. Felt like we were seen as in the way and a nuissance. So went to the Hainault store straight after and the service there was absolutely Fantastic. Can’t get over the difference!
