Comfortable, warm rooms. Rooms are dated, ours had a creaky floor, but they are clean and good value for the money. Breakfast was nice, a good poached egg. The hotel/house must have been impressive in its heyday.

Old fashioned B&B, clean and warm. As a lone female traveller I felt safe there. Good value for money

Comfortable and clean hotel, close to  Trafford Centre , Breakfast was full English and a choice of cereals

Was not impressed rooms dirty breakfast not good not a friendly hotel

Stayed in the single room. Beautiful but small bathroom. Lovely big shower though. Dated bedding spoilt the look of the room and the bed was hard. Breakfast was nice. Had a soft boiled egg and it was cooked perfectly. Main part of hotel dated but clean and comfortable.

nice quaint hotel rooms tidy breakfast good looked after by Ings excellent service ! will be back , only issue was very squeaky bed !!

I'm being a bit critical giving 2 stars.. if I am to be kind it is good for a bed for the night.
