I recently attended a wedding fair at a Delta Hotel, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the event was meticulously organized and showcased everything a couple could need for their big day. What really stood out was how beautifully the event spaces were presented. The hotel’s ballrooms and event areas were elegantly decorated, giving attendees a true sense of what their wedding day could look like at the venue. The attention to detail in the setup—from the lighting to the table settings—was truly inspiring. The Delta Hotel also went above and beyond by offering workshops and live demonstrations throughout the fair. Excellent spa treatment, spa and gym staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were great size and lovely and clean. Bed very comfy. No robes in room. Bar staff were great and good selection of food and cocktail options, which were all great.Rooms: 5/5
Very neat and clean hotel. Rooms are big and have beautiful views from windows. The staff of the hotel is very polite, helpful and cooperative. The restaurant has good options for breakfast. The ice cream is also wonderful. Another important point is that this hotel has a huge parking lot so there is no parking Hessle.Rooms: 5/5
Very clean rooms and the rest of the hotel was clean. Extremely good customer service! And the grounds were well taken care of. Great location with easy access to everything. Enjoyed staying here for a week. Rooms: First and foremost, very clean rooms. Clean mattresses, I checked. Clean linens. Clean everything. Very responsible. Safety: Very safe. Gated entry for cars. Then all areas are watched carefully while respecting the guests. Noteworthy details: Front desk staff were very accommodating. Went above and beyond. Wasn't sure what to expect, but they were fantastic.
Played the golf course only. Really well kept faraway and green, very friendly staff made me feel welcomed. Good putting area. The course was good and interesting, not just a drive, hybrid, chip and putt, some thought does need yo go into some holes which was good. Well worth the £35 afternoon rate. Would recommend to try.Service: 4/5
Me and my New Wife Joanne had our Wedding here on 31/08/24. From the start of the planning process to the Wedding Day everything ran smoothly with no issues. We had Kate as our Wedding Co-ordinator who was great and nothing was ever too much trouble. She kept us up to date every step of the way. Answered any of our questions we had. On the day staff were available for anything that we needed. The hotel was spotless rooms were great. All our guest commented on how stunning the venue was. I Would highly recommend this venue / hotel for any Weddings Or Celebrations. Mr and Mrs Shirt

Had our wedding here last week and all of the staff were amazing . Leanne was the best and went above and beyond and is an asset to the hotel . Kate was calm , professional and made the lead up to our big day stress free . Cannot thank the hotel enough and would definitely recommend to have your wedding there ! I’m a member of the Country Club for the gym, of which, I 100% recommend, but I recently stayed in the hotel for the weekend and checked out feeling disappointed. Definitely not a luxury hotel! The rooms are very old and dated and in desperate need of modernisation. There’s no air-con really not ideal in hot weather, no fridge and a very old bathroom suite. The walls are paper thin meaning that you can hear every single sound too. The bed was comfy and big though! The service wasn’t too great for me either. I booked 2 nights but at seperate occasions and even though they confirmed 2 nights in the same room would be OK and all I needed to do was head to the reception to get a new keycard at any point the next day, I was woken to a rude phone call from reception telling me that I had surpassed the checkout time. I had to explain all over again that I had booked 2 nights under 2 separate bookings, but then was told that they couldn’t find my booking on their system weird as they could the day before. I spent 5 minutes on the phone confirming my reservation number with reception and received absolutely no apology for the rude phone call which disturbed my sleep/day. The breakfast and bar area are great and breakfast has a really good selection of hot and cold food. Parking is ample too, and free! They have the main car park and the over flow by the country club. Probably wouldn’t stay the night in the hotel again…
Had a family get together over an afternoon tea. Lovely surroundings, excellent service. Afternoon tea was nice though tea wasn't included if you had the prosecco option! I would have liked another sandwich without anything creamy in it because afterwards I felt a bit queasy, certainly I didn't need to have eaten everything but I was hungry and afternoon tea isn't that filling. Overall it was a good time out for us all. Not sure I'd go again as it's quite pricey.
