Fantastic service from start to finish, all the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. My new bathroom looks amazing and was total value for money compared to some quotes I had for the cladding. Great quality to. I can't believe Google let people get away with slandering reviews and personal attacks on individuals as the staff bent over backwards to help me. Just shows there are some small minded people out there who you can never please. It's such a shame we now live in a society of people looking to abuse 'where there is blame there is a claim' culture and we all pay the price. They can be very rude with their comments (not to name anyone... Abigail Broderick!). I make my own opinion and I would highly recommend this company like the majority of reviews by good-natured people on here :)

From start to finish these guys have been amazing. Attention to detail has been spot on. Everything was explained really well and any questions I had dealt with professionally. I also received an after service call to see if I was happy with everything, which I thought was a great touch!! I would definitely recommend The Bathroom Cladding Shop - thanks again!!!

I could not reccomend these guys enough! From our initial 'lets just pop in' and I only wanted plain, ended up thinking outside the box and couldnt be happier. The choice is ridiculous! to advice, ordering, communication and the fact that they put up with my dog! Would never go anywhere else. Lovely ran family business ♡

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Their range of interior wall and ceiling cladding is immense and you are spoilt for choice. I would recommend you visit their showroom in Birtley next to the A1 services DH3 2RY or visit their website if ordering online.

I am responding in retaliation to the comments from Abigail below: I admit there was a problem re the boards being delivered incorrectly in the first instance with our courier delivering some damaged and then the replacement boards were faulty but after having various conversations with both the office staff and warehouse manager we are happy that we did our very best to rectify the situation. I find it almost hilarious that some customers will play on the smallest of complaints to try and get a refund or compensation. I have worked in this business for numerous years and can confidently assure every customer gets a high standard of service and that I am very professional in all aspects of my work ethics but sometimes we have to be assertive when it comes to rude, arrogant and aggresive individuals.
