Just picked up my car today from this branch. Had a really smooth and efficient dealing with Arnold Clark. The car came down from their branch at Scotland Edinburgh, Emma there was so good nothing was a problem and showed me a full video of the car inside and out. I’m so pleased with the car. The pick up was so easy, couple of things to sign after looking round the car with Brad and that was it. Very happy
Very impressed with the service I got from Louise at Arnold Clark. I was taking my car in to sell, she was very friendly, went round the car with me, and offered the same price which I’d got from the online quote. The process was very quick, Louise did all the paperwork, so all I had to do was a signature, and the money was in my account the next morning. One very happy customer!
Needed to sell our Honda Civic and best price online was Arnold Clark. Booked an appointment and met with Reece. He was very friendly and professional and made doing the deal so easy. Site had a wide range if vehicles and I would highly recommend paying him a visit whatever you're after.

Recently bought my BMW from Arnold Clarke and I couldn’t be happier. The car was brought down from Scotland to the Birtley branch where I dealt with Reece. Reece was amazing! He was so accommodating, attentive, friendly and really helpful. I’ve had questions since collecting the car and the full team have been very helpful. Would definitely recommend Arnold Clarke and of course Reece. 5* customer service.
Yesterday I went to click and collect to pick up my car delivery. The member of staff on reception was extremely friendly and refreshments were available while I waited. Reece from the click and collect team then showed me to and around my new car. He was knowledgeable and helpful about the car and the additional services I had purchased. I will definitely be using this branch again.
I have to say due to my own fault selling my car to them became more complicated. They were amazingly patient, friendly and honest. I got the price i was quoted and as i was honest on the valuation they did not make it difficult at all! Would highly reccomend.
