I was missold a heating system for a new tank by another company. After contacting the Reptile Hotel I was well informed and totally understood what I needed for my snake within minutes. I arrived within the last 5 minutes of opening but was not rushed and left a very happy customer. The vivarium temperature was corrected within 2 hours of the new system being fitted, exactly as explained. I'll not be using anyone else as they are extremely knowledgeable and the customer service was superb. Severus is a happy snake once more. Thank you

I love this place...bought 2 frilled dragons from here which were in perfect condition...has a pretty decent stock in store and great staff with plenty of knowledge.

Very helpful young man helped me with advice on a tutrtle not eating suggest live food thanks to this turtle is now eating again would recommend this shop to others
