I use Dobbies on a fairly regular basis to catch up with friends for a coffee and bite to eat. The food generally is of very reasonable standard. The scones I have to say are now better than before. They were very large and dry but today they were fresh and tasty I hope they keep this up. The staff are well turned put and friendly.

Well set-up garden centre with a good selection of plants. Also a good restaurant. Like most garden centre these days there is also a range of franchises selling books, clothes, toys et etc.

Nice place to meet up with friends for a coffee and food.. they have cakes to die for.. I know the chef he is good! The seating area is nice and bright it has a conservatory as well as normal type seating. It is kept very clean! Plus it has a garden centre.. and clothing (mainly outdoor) plus books and cakes to buy. If you join Dobbies it costs £10 pa and you get a free coffee each month and points. Brilliant! There is also a car valet service outside which a friend of mine recommend very highly stating his car came back as new! I think it cost £20 for inside & out... enjoy!

Great garden centre stocking a full range of garden & house plants of quality alsu there is a coffee / dining area with plenty of seating serving up quality food, drinks and a grand full English breakfast. We are regular customers and enjoy each visit immensely

Had a business breakfast meeting there. Excellent choice to eat in restaurant. Grabbed a few Xmas sale bargains too on the way out. Lovely shop full of great ideas for home/garden/gift ideas.
