"Located at the south end of Kingsland Road in Shoreditch, Basing House is an intimate, 300 capacity venue that opened in 2010. Basing House operates a late-license, opening each Friday and Saturday – with occasional Thursday events. A large volume of external promoters and labels curate the venues music programme. Basing House’s sound is supplied by Funktion-One and also features a roof terrace, which doubles as its smoking area. Friday and Saturday play host to house, disco and techno events."

A more mature crowd than what I had in my previous, very limited clubbing experience in London. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks so idk how they're priced but the red bulls were reasonable and the service was friendly.Service: 5/5
Cool venue - went for a daytime DJ set here on the Saturday. Only issues were getting to the rooftop bar and music space was a set of fairly steep and narrow stairs - bit treacherous after a drink or two. Outdoor seating area was nice but definitely could have done with more seating.Service: 5/5
I went there for Bioshokk hard house event. Nice night club with a good selection of drinks and an awesome sound system. The only thing I'd want to see if later opening hours as 04:00 is a bit early when the first train is an hour or two later.

Great club. Cosy environment. Decent sound. Great roof terrace. They get some really good dance events here, both day parties and night events … but the bar staff are hit and miss. Sometimes pleasant. Sometimes ignore you and on their phone looking at Insta/FB. And I swear they make up the drink prices as they go! One round - I paid £6.50 for 2 x bottles of water and a glass of cola. The next time - I paid £3.75 for 1 x bottle of water. Beer and spirit prices also varied depending on who was serving you.
Had a fabulous time here recently - my partner and I booked the venue for a daytime event and the staff cannot be faulted. The venue is small but perfectly formed with a fabulous sound system. Good vibes all round! We will be back

They took my friends chewing gum and someone ate the half when we came out. Also more security watching you than people dancing on the floor. No coat place. And the lights were flashing nonstop making my eyes hurt.
We put on our own event Trancevania vs Vinyl Euphoria at this venue. Chris and his staff were amazing. Great venue Awesome sound system We had a great party... Highly recommend and we have already booked the venue fro next year..
