We paid for a superior apartment and didn't get one; we were divided into to apartments in a way that we did not ask for so children has to be separated and actually didn't even have a bed. The customer service has been appealing and I would definitely not trust them with my holiday booking next time, especially when there are several others to choose from in Cameron Toll.

one staff member incredibly rude. she did not seem to be in the mood to help and wanted us to leave so they could continue their conversation.
