Love my Hometown but it's getting really busy and roads now in a state of disrepair
Statistically trains run late around 25% of the time, although anecdotal experiences haven't reflected this. Decent services, a toilet which requires speaking to a staff member to use who are somewhat often out of booth/unavailable, a heated waiting room and single ticket machine. All shelter is >20m from Platform 1 and a fair bit away from the usual stopping point at Platform 2. Tight staircase on Platform 3 can be a danger to people a little above average height.
Trains cancelled at short notice ..not on time...you expect to be on time to get to places to find out trains not running....not good enough
Not the most reliable service but better than mcgills buses in Barrhead.
Very helpful staff, clean station, sunny day
