We stopped here for brunch in December, I didn’t go inside due to the risk of Covid, so we sat outside yes it was cold but sunny at one of the lovely tables. They even brought out cushions and blankets to help us to stay warm. There was a slight delay to order food as they were very busy. But once we could order, the food came quickly and was delicious. They brought a water bowl for our dog and he had some yummy locally produced sausages. I had the pancakes and they were great. There is limited parking outside the cafe, but we managed to get a spot. We enjoyed watching the local birds darting in and out of the bushes nearby. It’s a peaceful but popular spot with good food. I hope we’ll return one day.
Really nice place with a lovely garden and tables outside. The staff is great, always serving you with a smile. The menu is good, various options available. The prices are on the high side though. Vegetarian options: Few good vegetarian options are available. Parking: Few spaces are available inside the property. During busy days like the weekend, better to park on the road to avoid getting stuck in the driveway.
I can't believe that we found this beautiful place less than 30 minutes from Manchester city centre. Nice atmosphere, excellent and great menu. Everything tastes great. Continuously at least one parking space. All we wanted was to spend more time at garden.
Charming and quirky space, engaging and efficient service, fantastic produce cooked well. Left breakfast today feeling totally chilled and satisfied. Really did create the perfect setting for some quality time together
Went for a very late breakfast last weekend. Had the best avocado toast ever! I never take photos of food but had to this time! He enjoyed his burger very much too...!! Staff friendly. Nice outside space. Internally very spacious & airy. Neighbourly parking on road but there is a small car park. Well worth a visit.
Good mixture of traditional and modern, I had a breakfast Burrito. Food quality very high and prices are competitive. Chunky chips also very good with aioli. They have got a reasonable size car park but obvs it could fill up at busy times. Dogs are allowed in the down stairs area.
Had the full English breakfast for brunch on a February weekday morning. Food quality and preparation is excellent and you can vary what you get if you have a preference. Really good and pleasant service, nice ambience. Parking is a bit limited. Whilst it was quiet when we arrived 10 am it got very busy very quickly.
Dissatisfaction today . Arrived after 3 pm to be told no hot food . I asked could I please have a sandwich was quickly told no . Would have taken 2 minutes to prepare a cheese sandwich and they don’t close until 4/30 pm Had to settle for cake or scone . No other choice given . Need to be more aware of customer care .
Absolutely lovely food, home made sausage and the mushrooms more so. Great friendly service, very reasonably priced. Higher recommended by myself and family.Food: 5/5
