This is a belated review to express how well Barnard Marcus East Sheen handled my flat sale last year.  In general, their service was excellent, but I would like to make particular mention of Geoffrey Hunt at the Branch who was quite superb in every aspect of what was a not so straightforward sale.  He constantly kept me updated with progress throughout, was always quick to respond when needed, gave me good advice when needed and had a first class attitude.  He also went beyond the call of duty in helping me conclude issues beyond the actual sale.  Many thanks to Geoff and the team.
I have just exchanged on the sale of my house. The service and advice provided by Barnard Marcus, East Sheen was excellent throughout. They arranged 14 viewings in little more than a week for the open day which resulted in 5 offers, 3 of which were above the asking price. Will Richmond managed the viewings very well and Geoff Hunt's negotiation of the sale and follow up thereafter were excellent. During the rather tedious process between the memorandum of sale and the exchange of contracts, Geoff Hunt and Barnard Marcus more generally, chased both ends of the chain and provided all the support, advice and communication that I needed. Very many thanks to all of you for a very professional job.
I worked with this branch to Renta flat in London from overseas. The staff, especially Omar Y. and Emily G., were amazing and extremely helpful. They had excellent and reliable communication, and went through many challenging situations with me, for example sorting out critical communication items with the landlord, in a brilliant way. Renting from abroad can be difficult and overwhelming, and thanks to the Barnard Marcus team all happened very professionally and smoothly. Amazing and beyond!
I cant thank Barnard Marcus and their staff enough. They were always helpful and assisted me whenever I phoned. If the agent was out I would leave a message knowing they would call me back. If I wanted anything they went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. Every question was answered and they went over and above to get my late brothers property sold. Massive thank you to Will at the East Sheen branch for recommending his colleague Darren Wild as our mortgage advisor. Although we sadly didn't buy our first home with Will, Darren was exceptional during our 5 month home buying process and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Darren has always been on hand to answer our queries, has kept his eye on the ball during difficult circumstances and we have valued his wealth of experience and pragmatic approach. If you need a mortgage advisor, definitely ask Darren!

They worked trelessly to get viewings for my property and to help complete my sale. I felt confident that they were giving me the best advice, and they were absolutely right in their assessments.
