Finding a new place after 12 years is daunting task to say the very least. When coming across Winkworth in Hammersmith, we were absolutely stunned by the great properties that they have and they are very friendly and helpful people. I dealt with Ben Hunt and he was coming back to any of my questions instantly and had no trouble showing me the same place twice to ease my nagging feeling in case I had missed something. Now, 5 months later, we have settled in to our new home in Brook Green and its the best place we had seen (and we saw a lot with many agents!). I would definitely recommend Winkworth Hammersmith to anybody considering finding a quality home in the area!

I am a long term landlord. I use estate agents to secure tenants for my properties. It is particularly good to find Ben Hunt an ongoing fixture in the Shepherds Bush office and to continue to receive no nonsense, straightforward input from him and the other agents at Winkworths.

As a landlord, I chose Winkworths from a strong field of possible agents because I believed that, as a well-established company, they would be the most reliable and efficient. This has proved to be the case. I have also been impressed by the professionalism of the staff who have been invariably polite and helpful.

We needed to move quickly after our previous living arrangement changed and have had a really great experience working with Winkworth overall. The agent that helped us find the flat, James Fraser, was particularly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He found us the perfect place almost immediately and we've been happy here ever since. The whole process was fast and easy thanks to him and we're still very thankful for his help!

We started our hunt for a London "pied a terre" last year and were very fortunate to have come across Elizabeth Nascimento from the Brook Green branch of Winkworth. From the moment we met her she was very responsive and provided us with the information we needed in order to make our decision. We have been delighted with Elizabeth's agility and professional approach. Nothing is too much trouble. I would also extend the same review to Ben and the wider team at Winkworth who have always been receptive to our queries and last minute requests to view our new London home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Brook Green as they are a first class estate agent, especially Elizabeth. (Jacqueline O'Shea)
