Faith and Lily were fantastic throughout our sale, not only were they brilliant at marketing and launching our flat which was self evident when it sold in less than two days after the first viewing, for well over asking, but they continued to be incredibly helpful right up until completion. They were always on the other end of the phone to answer any concerns and discuss our options. Winkworth Fulham is by far the best Fulham agent I’ve dealt with and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
In the early days of Covid-19, we unexpectedly lost a member of our family. Faith's leasing and sales team were extremely professional and diligent in handling our case. From the initial call, to follow up details on each viewing, my family and I were updated throughout the process. When a buyer finally bid, Faith and her team worked through the Christmas holidays to ensure the sale would not fall through. We greatly appreciate the professionalism, service, and support received. If I were to sell again or invest in London I would definitely approach Winkworth Fulham!

Have dealt with many estate agents, I feel Winkworth always has the right people, personally I had experience with Putney and Fulham branchs, they're all brilliant. Simply because they're just more human, treating you more human too. There are a lot of them out there see you like a gold mine, personally I don't enjoy it, even when they're smiling and trying to be nice, it just felt artificial. Lilly is definitely one of the best, if anything represents by Winkworth, I always contact her, it's always been smooth and relax with her. Luckily I did contact her, eventually we found our home, and the buying journey wouldn't be so smooth without her help. Trust me, you need to find someone you like to deal with the buying, or you would be upset for 3-4 months by having the wrong guy. If you end up with Winkworth, try to get Lilly, nothing can go wrong with her, it's a more than pleasant buying process with her for us.
