We recently sold our flat via Jackson's in Balham and would highly recommend their service. It was smooth, swift and fast. They provided great guidance and advice and found us a buyer very quickly. A particular shout-out to Kirk who impressed us with his professionalism and kindness. When part of our chain fell through, Kirk went above and beyond in his help and support during the whole process. More than anything, he was understanding and never pushed us or put us under pressure, which we appreciated immensely. Thank you Kirk!

I have had a very good experience at Jackson’s Balham, as it’s been a long time since  I  looked at buying a property. Poppy has been brilliant as she has given me great options and always follows up  to get my feedback. I would definitely recommend Poppy as she’s been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jacksons Balham – Raymond Addy is amazing.  From the very start when he showed us a number of houses he has been phenomenal.   Without Raymond this purchase would 100% not have happened.  There were many moments when it seemed like it would not proceed but  Raymond kept us all on track and was always helpful, available, patient and incredibly wise with his views and suggestions. You are extremely fortunate to have such a person at Jacksons and I hope he is truly valued.

Bought and then sold through Jackson's.  Buying: Broadly fine although towards end started getting really hounded for documents that I had no power to make come quicker, but I suppose that's estate agents generally. Overall I found them professional and good at communicating, with a selling service that seemed better than competitors so decided to sell through them latterly.  Selling: Professional and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the area, with a level of due diligence that was markedly better than x2 competitors. While their commission % was comparatively high we had lots of viewings and got feedback after each one. However, was very disappointed that the price was dropped immediately after we explicitly agreed by phone and confirmed in writing that we'd wait approx 1 week before reducing the price removing 2 stars for this, as it clearly wasn't just a misunderstanding.

The team at Jacksons have been a pleasure to work with. Trying to arrange the sale of a house when overseas is not an easy thing to do, but Elle-Mai, Helen and all of the team have been great throughout. From the simplest of tasks to the more complex, they understood, found solutions and sorted everything out. A really great team to work with! Thanks a lot, Graeme.

Raymond has been absolutely fantastic in helping find us a flat in Balham, being particularly attentive to our desired specifications. Throughout the process, we have been kept updated in a responsive manner and any queries quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend Jacksons Balham for anyone looking in the area!

I want to thank the team in Balham but especially Kirk Smith for getting our sale across the line.  We had some challenges but Kirk stepped up and was super pro-active and managed to pull everyone together and resolve the issues in a very pragmatic way.  I would highly recommend Jacksons to sell your property.  Everyone is onboard and sync'd up to help you.  Once more big thank you to Kirk for putting all those hours in to help us.

Poppy was very helpful when we went to view properties. She arrived on time, was able to answer lots of questions, and if not, would promptly respond by email. We were very impressed with the service she provided.

I've had a positive experience with Jacksons Balham. I've mostly worked with Poppy who regularly sends me good property options that align with my search criteria, and she always follows up for feedback after viewings. The other team members who I have spoken with at the Balham branch have also been friendly and polite.
