When you sign a contract you may think they are professional... until you actually move in. They do not even provide you with bank account details to transfer the rent. You will regularly get reminders to pay the rent, although you regularly pay it. 
And, moving out, expect problems with getting your deposit back. Just no deposit and no possibility to communicate with anyone.

If it was possible to rate them zero, I definitely would.

Megha from lettings was so friendly and made the whole process less painful! She talked us through each way of the step and was very understanding, patient and incredibly helpful. The whole process was made so easy for us thanks to her. Thanks so much.

Marlie Cartwright is just amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! With Marlie it is an absolute pleasure to view properties. I've recently had a viewing of 2 flats on Garratt Lane,  but unfortunately the flat I liked for my son was under offer. The other was on the ground floor and I knew my son preferred the top flat. I am sure Marlie will soon find another even better property that I will buy! Great personality and the real asset to the Barnard Marcus Estate Agents in Tooting. Keep up your great work Marlie!
