Very helpful owner, the room was clean and tidy. The fridge door wouldn’t close due to ice buildup and the bathroom hand towel-rail fell off in my hand but apart from these minor issues we enjoyed our stay. Animals can stay for free and there is ample free parking. Although they have no disabled rooms my wife managed with my help, the shower is a standard shower cubical and there is a standard toilet. Most of the rooms are on the ground floor and seem to be converted stables so wheelchair access isn’t and issue. If you plan on taking a wheelchair over to brewers fair there are no drop kerbs to cross the A872 but with some creative manoeuvring we managed to get there.

Amazing accommodation ,quiet ,clean ,has a fridge which is so useful ,shower lovely and powerful ,beds so comfy,host very helpful and friendly ,we look forward to returning here ,highly recommend this place 😁
