This is a lovely pub with lots of space and warm fires to huddle around. They serve Thai food here and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was brilliant and staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Fantastic Thai food served in a cosy country pub setting. My favourite is the Pad Ped, which explodes with amazing flavours in your mouth. Add a pint or two of local Shere Drop...what more can you want?!
Great old country pub, also Thai restaurant that was excellent, food quality, service and price all couldn't be faulted.
Absolutely Poor Show, we have been using this restaurant for years and this was the last straw for us. With an item missed from our takeaway totally ruined our evening meal after a busy work week. The standard of the food has going downhill and is now very poor indeed, soggy crispy chicken, sauce normally separate tough chewy beef with more onion every visit, lumpy rice, even our neighbours have stopped going here, such a shame especially when we make the journey because it was so good in the past. No offer of a refund or a way of resolving the problem... The menu is now in the bin! Miki if you had read my review you will of seen I mentioned the quality of the food has been going down hill on not only our meal but friends and neighbours, but we kept saying to them maybe it was just a one off and sticking up for the food and service, The refund was NOT offered just an apology that you were training staff... it was myself that had to ask for the refund after having to discuss the situation the phone for 15 minutes our meal was ruined and our journey to you - we liked the restaurant that much we used to travel to you what is the use of having crispy duck without pancakes and hoisin sauce? Poor show!
Very tasty Thai menu, also pub food too
Lovely historic oak beamed pub. Good range of beers and lagers. English and Thai food served through most of the day. Some outside seating for better days. A welcome respite on the many walks in the area.
Cozy pub with delicious and affordable Thai food. Great service as well.
Pub with characters in a nice quiet location, and certainly got that community feel. It has its own Thai restaurant/Takeaway and the food is reasonably good.
Fantastic food. I love Thai cuisine and have eaten first hand abroad many many times. Really friendly and fun staff. If we lived round here we would deffo eat here regularly!! Lovely plates too - Thai green chicken curry served in a porcelain chicken tickled us for some reason!
First visit. Great Thai food and good choice of Beers
