Went down for my mum's 60th. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were great. Food was lovely and atmosphere was amazing. Can't praise all the staff for such a special day. Thanks guys x
Outstanding food and great service. We had a party of 7 and even the fussy eaters were satisfied. Nice friendly atmosphere. All the food was brought out at the same time and served at just the right temperature
Lovely customer service and very friendly people within the pub, however the food was very poor. And the Guiness tasted off.
Nice little pub, helpful, friendly staff, good food, good beers nice prices What more do you need,,
We weren't told we needed to pre order for the Christmas menu and had booked ages before Christmas but were in the very cold back garden room
Fantastic staff, great food, it's a proper pub we will be back. Derek and Carol Ridley.
Lovely warm welcome and excellent precautions for dealing with Covid-19. Nice food selection and great portions enjoyed in a sunny sheltered beer garden, to finally enjoy a good point in our fantastic British pubs. Get out and support your local as soon as you can
Fist time to The Barley Mow, Tuesday stake night, fantastic staff, lovely atmosphere and great stakes cooked to perfection, will definitely be back again, thank you ladies for a wonderful evening 5*.
I stopped here for lunch on a cycle ride from London to York and I was so glad I did. Great little pub that refueled me completely - nice food and well kept Guinness. But the highlight was how friendly the barmaid was. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she was great; full of banter and I was made to feel very welcome.
Friendly pub, great food, especially Sunday Roasts
