Awful atmosphere ruined the average food. I went here with my parents for my mums birthday and regretted it not long after being seated. The layout is very cramped and as I was seated in the walkway I was knocked on the head twice! Once by a member of staff who was too busy @#!$-licking the customer who just bought champagne to look where he was going. Two pints of Peroni cost my partner over £11 and my small lemonade was £3.50. Food was average, I ordered a vegetarian pizza for £10 and was not offered any oil etc. The music was loud club music which meant we had to shout across the table to talk. We were planning on staying out for longer but after we had our mains we were so fed up that we asked for the bill. The icing on top of the cake was the £12 service charge. I chose this restaurant to try to support a local business but left feeling completely ripped-off. Save yourself the hassle and money and head to Pizza Express over the road!

Delicious, well presented meals and drinks at very reasonable prices for what you get. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the ambience is really pleasant with the water feature and smart interior. It's always a joy coming here!

A very good Italian restaurant that does a variety of dishes including burgers and steaks. Food quality and service were also good. There is also a small kids menu with some simple dishes such as pepperoni pizza and tomato pasta. My only negative comment that both my kids and wife thought was that music was too loud if you wanted to chat, birthday music when bringing cake out to another table was excessively loud and price was a little on the high side. For example all steak dishes were £27, no variation.

An Italian restaurant but much closer to Pizza Hut than a cosy Sicilian place. The food was quite average but tasty. Drinks are a little bit overpriced. The staff is as professional as prison guards, don't count on a smile. The atmosphere is ok but the music is too loud and not really Italian. I have seen better places

Food was lovely but service was very poor. The staff were pretty much only attending to one table (which was the table next to us) because the bloke was buying £90 bottles of champagne. After that no one else mattered, everything was rushed. Considering we had been waiting half hour for food, the bloke with the champagne had two dishes served within being at the restaurant for 10 minutes. It was actually so embarrassing to watch how much the waiter hogged their table waiting for the next bottle to be brought. Although the food was nice I will not be returning. I felt very uncomfortable. Hopefully they learn to treat all customers with the same respect regardless of how much money you're spending.
