A wonderful experience at Barclays diamonds. Myself and my partner went to the store to buy our wedding rings. We were made to feel welcome and guided to what we may like, given lots of options. Even though the store was closing they over run to allow us to take our time and be happy with our purchase. Great experience and value for money with trust worthy helpful employees. Extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend

Was in this shop looking for a new watch, kirsty was helping me choose one I really liked, giving great advice and knowledge of the watch, Helen the manager came over to help aswell as I was still confused, the two of them sealed the deal with there advice and professional attitude.  Got a fantastic longines of which I love. Kirsty adjusted the bracelet to my liking and did all the paperwork, perfect . Thanks to kirsty and Helen, will definitely call in when in the area again. Live in Cumbria but have friends in Scotland. Chris.

I'm so glad that we spoke with Kirsty 9 weeks ago because yesterday I picked up my custom made engagement ring! And it's stunning! Kirsty was very informative and I'm glad that I listened to her advice. The whole team was very nice and welcoming yesterday when we picked the ring up too, even though it was 5.45pm they were happy to see us. I can highly recommend

We bought our wedding rings from here and had to pop back in as my husbands ended up being too big by the time we got married. From our initial appointment to getting the new ring back the ladies in the shop have been so warm and welcoming. They cannot do enough for you. The manager of the shop knew us as soon as we went in to collect down to the ring we were picking up. If that isn't perfect customer service then I don't know what is. Given the amount of people they see In a day. If youre looking for jewellery or a little gift for someone definitely go to this shop

My fiancée and I went looking for our Wedding rings with little idea of what we were after. Helen took great time to understand what we were looking for and showed a genuine interest in us and our family.  Nothing was a bother and multiple options were presented to meet our needs. We will definitely be back. Couldn't recommend the service more.

Fabulous service yet again from Helen and her team.  Have been using this store for many years now. Went in to have my watch repaired and Pauline was so helpful, ended up with an eternity ring that the Mrs had been searching for a long time.  Explained my wife's requirements and Pauline produced the perfect ring. Thanks all.

Having visited Barclay’s Diamonds today I just wanted to highlight how welcoming and professional the staff were. From the minute I entered the shop I felt a lovely sense of friendliness and support. Neve was very knowledgeable and helpful and so lovely . Helen was amazing as well. The staff all know their jewellery and managed to help me pick a beautiful bracelet today. Loved the whole experience.. thank you so much. Will definitely be back when purchasing jewellery again.

I bought a watch here for my wife but it was much more than simply buying a watch  I could have done that in a number of stores, in fact, I left one store because the staff were too pushy  The opposite was true when I entered the store. The team got the balance just right of allowing me to look but letting me know they were there  When I did want to look at watches in more detail, I was offered refreshments and the team were incredible with my daughter  They were personable with my family and I, knowledge in their approach, you could tell they had a great chemistry as a team and I will return to them in the future due to all of the above  Thank you!

Brilliant customer service from Eunice and Helen who were both very patient and helpful. They understood what we were looking for and made sure that every box was ticked. 1st class throughout. We will definitely be back.
