Staff are nice but won't leave you in peace to just brows
Extremely helpful staff. Huge choice of items to choose from. Suitable for all ages.
Amazing. Bought a beautiful ring for my daughter's birthday. Didn't buy the most expensive item in the shop but sales staff treated my daughter as if she was buying diamonds. Also whilst there I mentioned my Pandora bracelet had a scratch so they replaced it there and then no quibble. I wasn't even expecting a replacement, just a polish. Fantastic staff.
I bought this store and I loved my purchases.
Very pleasant experience with staff. I had an issue with a ring purchased 10 months prior but lost my receipt however the staff were extremely helpful and I shortly left with a new replacement ring
Staff were mostly polite on my recent visit aside from the one girl who seemed to think that chewing gum whilst serving and dropping the occasional swear word into conversation was appropriate. Add to that during the Christmas period I wished to get some items as gifts for my family visiting from home in Germany, I went to Pandora and the very abrupt manageress 'Kirsteen' corralled people like cattle and forced you to queue outside the shop in order to only look at things, not to even buy!!! Myself and many others gave up. I decided I'd give them another chance and benefit of the doubt however they're getting both experiences reviewed at once now. Not impressed. Not what you'd expect from a shop charging the prices they do. It's a shame as it used to be a good shop, now not so much, I think something has changed there for the worst as the attitude is not good.
Staff always so friendly and helpful
Shop is nice, good selection. The policy for making people with faulty items queue with purchasers isn't great. 40 minutes and counting.
Fantastic customer service. Everything explained regarding customer care on my purchase. Would highly recommend.
Great shop helpful staff... my wife loves Christmas for a new addition
