Staff must be patient and friendly at this kind of places… I had to attend in an important party and I wanted to choose a good dress so I asked for help from the staff… But unfortunately they were rude and they didn’t care

My daughter and I visited the Livingston branch of Quiz this morning and I wanted to let you know what a thoroughly pleasurable visit it was. From the minute we walked in Lige (apologies if this is mid-spelled) and Channel were extremely attentive. Whilst they were mindful of other customers they gave us a level of service that was like a personal shopping experience. Thank you ladies and thank you to new store manager Gail, she was great too. We'll be back!!  Suzanne & Hannah

Would give this place 0 stars if there was an option to do so, the staff are unbelievably rude!

I walked in this morning at 9 am ish and asked could they help me find a dress to cover my chunky frame, I was told I was lovely and they would help. I tried 2 dresses and they didn't feel right then one of the ladies brought me a dress and it was wonderful it put the smile right back on my face. The only down side was, you don't stock shoes with low heels. Apart from that 100% to the lovely kind staff of Quiz in the centre, thank you.
