Made an apointment with an advisor for 12 o’clock in branch. I arrive at the branch on time and que up to let the staff at the kiosk I have an apointment. Whilst I’m waiting a couple walk in and go decide to ask the advisor if they could have a chat about something. I end up being seen at 12.25. Made the apointment specifically for 12 as it was my dinner break, and the only one available for a time. Should have just walked in and asked to be seen. Eventually see the advisor, rearranges for the next day at 2 o’clock. Get a voicemail at work saying it had been cancelled at 11oclock. And the guy on the phone had no idea what my apointment was for. Told me to go to the Lincoln branch instead. Shocking.
