Always such good service, you get to know the staff on a personal level, even the new ones, been at this bank all my life and never had any problems. Never waiting in a long queue and they are happy to give any advice anytime. Always offer the newest updates without being pushy too. I don't tend to go in much now, as you can do most of your banking online, but when i do on the odd occasion, its always the same welcoming faces asking how you are. Thank you to the staff at Eastgate, who make banking bearable.
