Well the service just gets worse.Amazingly my phone call was answered only then to be put through to the call centre which cut me off.That was 3 days ago.I am still unable to use my card and my direct debits being returned unpaid.

No-one answering the phone all afternoon. 'The other person has hung up'. My account charges have just gone up too. Unsatisfactory.

Terible bank. Keeps sending new cards every few months which every time blocks you out of any ability of purchasing anything online.''Sat'' on a line for an hour just to be told that all I need to do is use my card once in RBS machine and then it will be fine. Which was a dirty lie. Booked an appointment once, came, told the cashier I'm here for the appointment, sat to wait to be called and half hour past my appointment time I still wasn't called up therefore I just told them that I'm walking out and looking for another bank to use. They haven't evne tried contacting me to try reschedule or apologise for wasting my time. Rubish!
