Served by a F Livesey. She was quite blasé which didn't at all give me a good impression of the branch. To compound it, she stamped an original form or ID and not the photocopy. The service for which I was enquiring was for business banking which Barclays are currently being paid for so surprised to be treated like some kind of time waster by their staff. It seems all the more worrying that the majority of the business banking tariffs are not as competitive as Lloyds or Tsb for example where their customer satisfaction is also higher. I will be considering a transfer of business services since the staff have little value for their customers.
