Had my Amazon parcel delivered here, my partner went to pick it up as Amazon had sent a few emails to say it’s there. Gent on the Till barely looked at the parcels and automatically said it wasn’t there, had piles and piles of parcels. 0 effort to even look. Now that’s a Christmas present that someone won’t get. Never again
Today I went into the post office waited in the queue got to the front when a DPD man came in to collect parcellels. The lady said I had to wait while she delt with him and walked off when she returned she didn't come to serve me she went to the shop side and started serving another customer with a basket full even though I was there first she said the shop came first. I told her that that was not right and asked where the notice was that said this she said there wasn't one .... I did kick off because this is disgusting customer service and then she denied me service but I would not move till she serverd me After reading the bad rewiews I can see I'm not the only one who has complained about this
Visited to post special delivery. Picked a4 padded envelope which had price of 68p on however the owner decided to get rich by charging me double. You were caught out mate owner shame on you
Always get great service here. Mr Siri the owner is always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. His wife is a bit on the quiet and reserved side, but polite nevertheless. The old man who used to be there was a bit grumpy and crudgomly at times but he seems to have gone now. Roz who sometimes works there is always bubbly, polite and friendly. All in all a good place shop.
Despite having to manage both the shop and post office counter, the staff here are brilliant. I often arrive with a bag of parcels and I know that puts pressure on them. There are lots of negative comments on here, but that has not been my experience. Maybe a little understanding and patience is needed
Love these guys always nicely stocked and polite. Nice morning food. Fiery cheese is my personal favourite. Don't listen to the petty reviews on here. These people are lovely

Overcharged on too many occasions, if you ask for a receipt you will be told the machine is broke. The lady in charge is very rude and abusive when approached. Reported and under review. She got my address and memorised it and published it online when she wasn’t happy that I approached her. Please avoid at all costs.
Horrible staff, no respect or ability to communicate properly with customers. Only used this ‘post office’ using the term post office very lightly twice but will never return! *Note only one queue* Respectfully joined queue to eventually get to counter 45 mins later and be told by the most rudest female ever that I’m in the WRONG queue for the post office. No signs etc. to advertise this fact. She pointed to another queue that had formed and I then had to join this one. Eventually left this shambles over 1 hour later!!! Only used due to fact I’m new in area and this is the only post office I was aware of at the time Believe me avoid at all costs! Rude disrespectful staff
Awful experience start to finish. Went in to send a package special delivery by 1pm, when I arrived, I was the only customer in store and the woman behind the counter began to serve me. I shown her the special delivery package and said I would like to pay and send this off, she took it and said thank you, I stopped her and said it still needs paying, she stopped and look confused for a while, then confirmed with me if I needed to pay, again I said yes. She gave it back for me to weigh then asked if i wanted it sent first or second class. Which I told her tthe package is in a special delivery bt 1 pm envelope. She then scanned a few things and gave it back to me again to weigh, then processed the package, by this time there was quite a queue of people at the counter, I paid by card and before you could finish sticking the labels on the package I noticed on the receipt she had put the return address as the sending address, I asked her to correct it, she tapped away and said it was done, no new receipt, so I asked for a full refund and I would take it to another post-office with competent staff. She just looked at me, said one second, and walked away and served the 5-6 people waiting to buy other goods. At which point I really started to lose patience, demanding my money back so I could go to another post-office. After waiting a few minutes for her to serve her other custotmers, she returned and tried blaming me for the address mistake, pointing out the envelope says 'To' and 'From' on the actual envelope provided by Royal Mail and she blatney just put the wrong one in she roller her eyes and tried to refund me with cash, I said I would like the money backon the card I paid with. She didn't know how to do this, getting quite frantic she rang for her husband. 5 more minutes pass and the husband walks in and managed to cancel the old order, and put through the new on to the correct address, all without saying a word to me, because I had have rather a full refund and take my package to a store where I know it was done right the first time, and now worried the package will be tampered with or not sent correctly. Will ensure friends and family stop using this covience store/post-office until at least a change in ownership.
