Normally don’t want to bother the branch as I try to do things online. However when I walked past I thought I would pop in to report my lost card. Clearly the staff was not impressed about me not knowing the account number and sort code by heart. Then impatiently searched for my address but no result. I gave up and asked for a new card reader, nothing over the counter, went to search in the office, still nothing. The whole process was just so unfriendly and unhelpful . I walked out wishing I had never walked in. Have had much better experiences in other two banks on the same street.

I went into the Westbury on trim Bristol branch to have help with an account problem Heather at the desk was extremely kind and helpful she was very understanding patient and everything she possibly could to help me I am very very grateful

Poor customer service. Made me want to switch bank.

What a shower the bereavement department is a complete shambles I will be applying to the high court.the one that granted me probate for an order forcing them to transfer funds to where they have been asked without further delay
