They never answer the phones, slow reply for email. Honestly don't waste your time with them,
How can we trust you with our savings when we can't even get intouch with you? Your phone lines have never been ansswered ringing and then straight to answer machine all day then closed an hour before your supposed to close and no response to emails after I applied for a loan you've accepted me for i replied back instantly as I am close to needing the loan I applied for I've sent sensitive personal banking information through email and I've heard literally nothing back how can I trust you with my child benefit payments if I can't even get any sort of communication???

Never open on day it says it should be only open Thursdays
