Best gym in Livingston in terms of the amount of equipment available to use. From my personal experience I've never had to wait on any of the gym equipment when I've went in and they have 4 squat racks in the weight room compared to the standard 1 or 2 the other gyms in Livingston have. Good gym, friendly staff, plenty kit. Thumbs up from me

Very affordable gym with plenty of equipment to work by yourself or with a friend. Daily classes too if you're looking for something different. Soemtimes feel getting hold of a member of staff can be challenging when no one is manning reception most of the time but they seem approachable.

I would rate this gym with 5 stars due to a size and quantity of equipment. It a 3 levels huge gym with big studio within the premises. And the gym is not to busy what is good as you don't have to wait in the queue to use the machine or free weights. Huge selection of equipment and also boxing bags etc. I could recommended this gym to everyone. Also great on membership price as it is very affordable.

Having a pure gym subscription in Livingston for over a year, Xercise4Less offers a much more pleasurable experience. Great selection of resistance equipment and I never found it too crowded.

Nice gym with a great selection of weights equipment mostly downstairs, punchbags, mma cage and boxing ring upstairs along with a sled and usual selection of cardio based machines and a separate room with other equipment and a mirrored studio. Great price too

I joined this gym around October 2017 and my biggest motivation now is the fact that I met there a great bunch of guys who I train boxing with. I like that we've got the bags and ring we need. I think staff in general is nice, also I like the layout of the gym and amount of equipment. There's never a session when I can't do something because of equipment being unavailable. The only bad I can think of is some equipment getting a bit old now and would be nice to get new heavy bags etc

Great spacious gym with tons of equipment. I have been at different times of the day and not once struggled to get a free machine. Staff are friendly and helpful. The finger scanner entry is great and avoids faf with cards or fobs
