Friendly and knowledgeable.  They have a range of shoes sizes from baby to teen, and some adult.  The stock is quality.  A lot of room to move a pram around as well.  The instore courtesy couch is really handy too!

I have bought school shoes from this shop every year. This year I bought a pair of patent girls shoes, which are not cheap in this shop as you expect them to last.  They lasted not a week, the patent on one of the shoes is coming away.  Fare enough I lost the receipt but they did not even want to look at the shoes, i could even point out the member of staff that served me and the owner would also have  also recognised me to as he served me on many occasions, i even had the original box they gave me but no, they did not want to know at all.  They have lost a very good customer with their very poor customer service manner - void this shop as you can get the same for a much better price elsewhere.

Great little shop for children. A great range of good quality shoes and friendly, helpful staff.

I was really looked after in Banalana in Sanderstead when buying my friends twins some baby shoes and I had a lovely cup of coffee while choosing. There is a fab range of kids shoes and some go up to size 7 so a bargain can be had by adults too.
