We ordered a few months back and forgot to review. It was our first ever order, absolutely fresh and lovely food, also very happy to see the delivery lady refused to just hand over the food when my husband wasn't aware I had ordered and looked confused at 50 odd quids worth of stuff. So that was a great bonus. Second order was just now and it was absolutely fantastic again. No more wok and roll for me.
Have been looking for a new Chinese to have as our local has gone a bit downhill recently so ordered from here - food arrived quickly, was piping hot and of amazing quality. Will definitely be ordering again! Thanks!Food: 5/5
Ordered on a Saturday night, quick delivery time, everything was hot. We got the share box 2 and the chicken curry was amazing first time ordering and will definitely recommend Vegetarian options: They have a vegan menu we didn’t use but it amazed me that it was available
Been visiting Ballards Wok for years, however have noticed in the last year, the food has slipped from being great to meh. To the point we have considered trying new places. Real shame as this is our local and alway want to support local services.
Have used Ballards wok for years but unfortunately the last few deliveries have not been to the standard it used to be. Today was a complete let down and we had the worst takeaway from them! Rice was stone cold, crispy shredded beef was also cold & very very chewy & the chicken & sweetcorn soup was so salty it was uneatable! It was all cold and very disappointing.
Wow great value for money, absolutely not greasy and they did gluten free arrived steaming hot even on a Friday highly recommended

My first gluten free Chinese takeaway. Lots of choice and really tasty
Certified Gluten Free as I am celiac and find it hard to trust takeaways, I've probably ordered at least 10 times and this is now the only chinese takeaway that I trust. Dietary restrictions: This is an amazing place for those who have celiac and cannot eat gluten at all. They are very careful and I can confirm after at least 5 orders I have never had a problem with gluten free options. Highly recommend.
Very quick, good portion size, food lovely, price well good. Vegetarian options: Good selection. Kid-friendliness: Very kind, well Spocken. Parking: Always a space to park. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes no worries about getting wheelchair in & out.
