Well to start with, the service was slow. Waited over 10 minutes from order to arrival of food.
The front of house was fairly bad. Where I sat, there was lettuce on the floor, and ants crawling around the window. There was an employee around trying to clean the tables but looked like our one had been missed for quite a while.
The toilets were almost respectable, however one of the soap dispensers was completely empty.
What made me laugh the most was a poster in the foyer saying there were recruitment opportunities for staff and management, but had almost fallen out the frame it was supposed to be in.
It appeared that people were working there but only doing what they had to not what was needed for a great customer experience.

Went to the drive through tonight. There was two cars in front of me but sat waiting to get to the window for 20 min... when I finally pulled up to the window there was 5 members of staff standing chatting amongst themselves I had to call out to get their attention and asked to pay for my food when I asked what the hold up was they said they had a trainee chef and he wasn’t cooking the burgers I was pretty annoyed but took it as there is plenty of people that start new jobs and They need training looked in the bag to check that it was all there and see the one of my portions of chips had about five chips in it The guy serving me corrected this and gave me two extra portions when I finally got home with my food I checked the burgers as I ordered two bacon double cheeseburger meals when I opened the burgers there was one burger one slice of cheese and pickle that is what I ordered so I tried to ring up the Restaurant and I kept trying for a further 25 minutes with no response as I said when I pulled out the window the stuff was doing pretty much nothing there is no reason why one of them could not answer the phone very unhappy customer will not return

Absolutely disgusted we waited 15mins to order food through the drive thru if you can call it that!    We was greeted by a young man who didn't say hello...sorry for your wait... nothing. .... we then waited another 15 min at the hatch for our food.... we asked the manager why we had been waiting for so long as it is supposed to be a drive thru not a stop and wait 30 mins. .... apparently you were short staffed.... in that case do not have a drive thru! !!! The whole experience was long stressful and then met with rude staff who don't talk with clearly no manners and to top it off we was short in our order.... absolutely disgusting will not go again. ....
