Great location for parking and a short walk. The reception staff are super friendly and welcoming and Dr Mona is everything you want in a clinician, honest about expectations, passionate about wanting the best results for you and an absolute magician with her syringe! I absolutely love my results and we are only half way through! I can not recommend skin viva enough!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I had my first ever lip filler here around 5 years ago, based on the good reviews. Only my top lip was filled as recommended and I was initially happy with the result but within a few weeks my upper lip developed 3 hard lumps which would not go away. I had a hard time contacting the clinic and when I eventually got an appointment to get the filler dissolved I was asked why, as the nodules could mean my lip would look full permantly and uneven thanks I had 1 round of dissolvables but was still left with hard lumps. I had to chase for a second appointment. I couldn't feel the lumps after this but my lip was so uneven and I genuinely hated them. This year I got over my fear that lip filler ruins lips and attended a highly recommended clinic in the hope that my uneven top lip could be filled without lumps to make it appear even. I was then told that my lip still had lumps of filler in it and my lips will remain uneven until it is all dissolved. She asked why I didn't get it all dissolved at the time and I told her I thought I had and that my uneven lips were because they had been "deflated". However, I now know this clinic has/had no thought for aftercare. I was offered no follow up appointment to check all the filler had dissolved and 5 years later I find out my uneven lip is not because I had a whopping 0.5ml of filler dissolved, leaving loose skin but because this clinic offered very poor after care in the aftermath of filler going wrong. The mistake was potentially that they used a harder filler than I needed and being harder it settled in gaps in my lips. Who knows, but what an awful service.
I have been to few times at Skinviva. Sadly my last treatment this April felt very rushed and the quality was also not the same. Not fair when you are spending few extra pounds for the quality. If you guys are extremely busy with trainings or have other things going on then maybe don’t overbook or at least let the client know that you will have things going on such as filming on the day. A bit too much attitude from the receptionists.
Fantastic experience here - the ladies were so lovely, helpful and made me feel at ease. Absolutely delighted with the outcome of my lips, will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend any more.
I just had a lip filler done at skin viva and I am blown away by how amazing it looks, I’ve hated the way my lips have looked for years due to an accident I had when I was a child, but Dr Aimee did a fantastic job and the results are amazing!! I am just in love with the way they look now It was my first time getting any sort of treatment done so naturally I was a bit nervous, however Dr Aimee put me at complete ease, I felt reassured and knew I was in safe hands, as she knows her stuff well. She has such a fun bubbly personality and I really enjoyed my time there. The whole place has such a warm friendly vibe as soon as you walk in which i loved. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get fillers done as you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

Absolutely blown away by Skinviva’s incredible new clinic on Quay Street, in central Manchester; the state-of-the art, purpose-built facility is absolutely stunning! Honestly, it really is beautiful. It’s a brand-new conversion, with premium spec fit out, and really well curated, elegant interior design. Words can’t do it justice so I definitely recommend that you have a look at the fly-though video on their social media accounts. In terms of location, I’ve been a patient of Skinviva for a very long time and would have followed them wherever they moved to, but the new clinic’s address genuinely couldn’t be more perfect. And I say that as someone who doesn’t live in Manchester. The clinic is located directly opposite the Opera House theatre and there is loads of parking. Trains and trams are only a very short walking distance away. It goes without saying that I couldn’t rate the treatments at Skinviva more highly. I genuinely believe they are amongst the best practitioners in the country. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. I also wanted to mention how utterly wonderful the Skinviva management, training school, office, and reception teams are. They genuinely couldn’t be lovelier or more helpful and consistently go above and beyond, showing a level of care and service that is rarely seen.
So unbelievably happy with my Botox results, only regret is not getting it done sooner. I had quite deep frown lives which now don’t exist. I was initially really hesitant getting any facial aesthetic treatments done but I know I’m in good hands with Dr Aimee. Not only does she know exactly what she’s doing, she’s the loveliest person who actually cares about her clients and wants them to love the treatment too. She also has such gentle hands, that the treatment was painless!
I was very apprehensive today about attending the clinic for my consultation, however it turns out that it was one of the best decisions I've made. I was greeted by Suzanne and just by meeting her I felt instantly more comfortable and relaxed in anticipation for my consultation. My consultation was with Sharryn who was very honest and knowledgeable with her suggestions and assessment of my concern and provided me with solutions and confidence. I now can't wait for my treatment and as my worries have been addressed and explained in an honest and realistic way. Beautiful clinic with gorgeous flowers and central location. See you soon
