I have to admit, I've dealt with a few agencies who have been quick to pick my brain and never give me feedback again. On occasion I've been sent to interviews ill prepared. 

I can't say the same about my experiences with Baker Harding.  Jo contacted me with the sole intention of hearing my story, of extracting my key skills and she knew right away where I'd best fit. 

The process from the first call, to registering, to being sent to an interview, to starting my new role took barely one week. 

I love their no nonsense approach and it's no wonder everyone speaks to highly of them

Even now in my role, Jo is in frequent contact, asking how I am, giving me feedback and suchlike. 

Best thing I did was let Baker Harding help me out. 

Highly recommend this team if you're looking for work or similarly if you're looking for quality additions to your work force.

I’ve been very impressed by Baker Harding as a recruitment agency. At my initial interview/briefing I received a warm but genuinely sincere welcome from Sarah. I was immediately struck by her professionalism: well organised, thorough and well prepared. On a personal level she, like the rest of the staff, was friendly, helpful, took a genuine interest in me and my experience, and went out of her way to accommodate my wishes. This contrasts markedly with other agencies I’ve worked for.
