I found big dry lumps in middle of pkt bread today low carb type loaf lovely bread but was put off by this find but I have Greenjinn app and someone got a free loaf from them Tap photo to see lumps bread found

Why they have the smoking balcony on the front of the building where the generally public pass i don't know. The daily drive past always guarantees an insight - i just can't understand why it is acceptable for the staff to smoke in all there safety gear the whites, the hair nets and hats, the blue gloves still on and then clearly return back to the production line in the same clothing. Not a good look and i question if those gloves get changed - why would you smoke with them on??

After Hovis had been provided with feedback some months ago, you insist on providing sliced bread that is unnecessarily too thick for general use. You increased the thickness it seems not through feedback about what the customer wanted but with an aim to reduce the number of slices, thinking that the customer will buy more loaves — wrong! After three months there has been no change in a reduced slice thickness: it is too think to consider as an optimum toasting slice and does not make good toast. I hear that you are American owned and presumably this is a desire to match the over-large portion control found in America. The UK is not America and we think that fat people here need to slim. You are not showing encouragement. Can we declare on your loaves where the flour is generally sourced we are not talking about changes necessary in times of shortage. I hope this is British Wheat. Your wholesale large bags of flour delivered to Morrisons bakeries don't even state the sourcing. This is bad practice. Full transparency is needed. Regards, JW
Always a quick tip, friendly staff also, never any issue.
Bought a hovis white sliced yesterday. Had to throw half away as there was a big hole in the middle and crusts just falling off. On eating the remaining slices, left us with an awful taste in our mouth. Seems there is no way to contact hovis about this!!
Your new softer loafs are devine and beat other leading brands.Everyone who eats my bread has been converted to your new loafs .Well done please dont change this new bread for anything less
Love the smell of the bread from outside the bakery. We always know that their bread is top class
