Good quality foods and drinks. Butchers, cheeses, freshly baked breads, veg of course , nibbles snacks and drinks. Also have a small but delightful gluten free section which was great for our coeliac daughter!

Pretty random but this family run shop and cafe have a wide range of tasty morsels. 

The cafe serves good coffee and freshly made breakfasts and sandwiches that I (an admitted sandwich obsessive) rate highly. Admittedly the furniture is a little higgledy piggledy bit the staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

There's also a little campsite which offers pitches with running water and a toilet for not very much. We spent a couple of nights there and enjoyed a very chilled stay with beaches, historic towns (Arundel) all close at hand it proved to be a great base for a cheap and super fun weekend.
