If you drink coffee it is a reasonable place to go, but if like me you like tea, then they aren't trained to make it in an English way, they put the hot water into the cup, then the bag on the side, tea is supposed to be put in before boiling water. Here's the other thing, the water. Wasn't boiling. When I queried this process the employee said it is what they have been trained to do, when I asked for it the other way they were very put out. Nice food and cakes though. Also be aware that this Costa has been built in the car park of b&Q, so don't expect more than a functional experience.
The toilets were clean and the tables are cleared quickly too.
