Did a Soul Weekender there. Accommodation was clean, there was a shower, tea n coffee making facilities and clean bed linen. You have to bring your own towels but that's ok. Food on site is a Burger King, Papa John's Pizza, Fish and Chip Shop and a restaurant. Prices are a bit more than normal but that's expected. There's also a convenience store on site, again prices a bit dearer than a normal convenience store. There are numerous bars on site serving a range of beers, ciders and spirits so they'll be something for everyone. For an adults only weekend it was perfectly fine. If you want to venture into Bognor its a short walk or drive from the site.

Me, my husband and two children (1 yr and 4) booked a four night stay (the week after Easter break). To be honest I wasn't expecting it to be good but wow!! Butlins we will definitely be coming back. The kids had an amazing time and the walks along the beach for us as a family were nice. The entertainment has been amazing, food in most places has been yummy and reasonably priced, rooms themselves at the Store line hotel were amazing and very kid friendly, plus we paid for a sea view and that was worth the extra money. We WILL be back as it has been a lovely family break and worth every penny x

This is a very average resort. Close home but really I don’t think I will be coming back, my son like it but : 1) the activities are really hard to book as they get busy really quickly , then you have to queue for a while at guest services, what is the point of having an app that keeps crashing and does not let you book the activities. 2) I paid for food court dining , but the dinner time is very restrictive only 4:30 which is too early to 6:30 which is again too early! Should be from 6 until 8pm since otherwise you either eat too early or miss the evening shows. 3) bed is really old !! ( everything I’m staying in a “deluxe” room . 4) you are only given amenities the first day so no soap, shower gel at all the rest of he days!!’ And this supposed to be a Hotel??! At least they could have told me at time of booking ! I called the phone line to get some but the lady on the phone told me they only give them on arrival which I found terrible for a hotel stay! I did not book the self catering apartments! I booked a deluxe room in a hotel! 5) Archery activity was alright but the guys leading the activity lack of enthusiasm ! They seem pretty bored. 6) food at ocean drive restaurant could be better and more vegetarian Options please ! Really only saw veggies sausages for breakfast once etc Shows are great though and the holidays is cheap so this is why I gave him 3 stars instead of 1 star

We went for the day and had a Greta time. Lots to do in rain or shine. Traditional seaside arcades, go karts and soft play. Fairground rides for both young and older children. Great swimming pool with plenty of slides and fun activities. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly and trustworthy staff who are on the ball and very responsive. We lost a mobile phone on our first night and a member of staff found this and we were able to collect it soon after it was lost. Stayed at Ocean hotel which the children enjoyed very much however the room was very dusty. Dust had to be wiped off of shelves, on the kettle, kettle stand and the large lamp within the main room was visibly dusty. This triggered allergies. 4 stars would've been awarded had there been a cleaner room. Btw the Diversity performance was great!
