Get your season ticket today! It's free to sign up and entitles you to discounts on lager, bitter and cider during live football matches! We have two Sky boxes so you don't miss a kick!

We regularly have entertainment on at weekends, as well as a free jukebox on a Thursday.
Texas Hold-em Poker is also on a Thursday night. Did you know we make out own chilli and bake our own cakes for our Poker crowd? Now you do, so get involved!

Monday-Tuesday from 5pm: Steak and a drink from £6.99. Why not try our Jack Daniels glaze?
Thursday: Curry and a drink only £5.99!
FRYday: Two (hand battered) portions of fish and chips for only £9.99 all day!!
Monday-Saturday 12-5pm- Burger and drink from £6.49!
Sundays: Roasts served all day with unlimted veg and potatoes! Wowzers!

My family booked a table for dinner on new year's day and we had the loveliest time. The food was wonderful. I had a steak and ale pie and it was delicious. A really nice hot dinner. The kids really enjoyed their food as well, which is great because they're such picky eaters. The ladies behind the bar were so friendly and helpful and were great with my kids. Nothing seemed like too much effort for them! They had football on the TV as well which my husband enjoyed. We will definitely be back.
Booked the baffins for a birthday party 40+ food all came out piping hot and in good time. Bar staff were lovely and very helpful… management have made a massive turn around!! Massive shout out to Cass who showed nothing was too much trouble.. been back since for World Cup and again there was speedy service and a great atmosphere. The pub has gotten very popular with my group of friends and this is the place we want to go. Locals are lovely and chatty. Very good pub.
What a great local pub. I'm new to the area and popped in on a whim for some dinner. The menu looked great and the burger I ordered was really tasty. This pub had a really nice atmosphere and they staff were really welcoming. 10/10 would recommend
The atmosphere is nice as are the staff but the food took an eternity to come and when it did, there were parts missing that took ages to catch up. I had eaten most of my meal before the coleslaw I ordered with it came out. If it all came out at the same time and faster than an hour and a half pub wasn't packed either, then it would have been a really enjoyable meal.
Stopped by on a walk by the pond. Great atmosphere, jolly staff and great value for money. Had the wrap with chicken and chips - totally hit the spot. Drinks very reasonably priced. A gem of a place.
Visit this pub regularly but not usually for food,Came this week with my 2 children and had a wonderful service,The new manager introduced himself and couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly,He Spoke to both my children and made us feel very welcome. Excellent customer service
What a lovely pub! The staff are so nice and welcoming. Great food and a great atmosphere. Really popping during the England matches during the world Cup! Would absolutely recommend The Baffins

Had a private function in here, area that was supposed to be exclusively used by the party I was with wasn't reserved, service was reasonable we were advised that they had staff off sick and it was a football day. Average really, nothing extra special.
Went to a wake there yesterday. The food was unsuitable for a finger buffet. Jacket potatoes?? No butter couple of plates of chips salad doorstep sandwiche large quiche cut into 8 pieces,how is Pieces going to serve 50 people. No small paper plates only massive dinner plates?? No serving spoons or cutlery. My daughter bought vienettas for pudding ,they came out andwe were waiting for 10 mins before any bowls or spoons came out and then only about 10 bowls not enough. I bought a large coke was asked if I'd like ice and lemon when I got back to table the whole glass was filled to brim with ice and hardly any coke. Not enough staff. Especially as a wake was going on as well. Not impressed at all
