I don't often bother to write reviews but I feel moved to say this: Having an appointment at Back to Health in Mold is a real pleasure. From the moment I walk in through the door I get such a warm welcome from everybody. It's so relaxing. That's a big advantage when I'm about to have acupuncture at the hands of my very calm and caring therapist.
I've been seeing Abi for a few months now. She has helped me enormously from not being able to walk, to being able to hike up one of the hardest trails in Canada this summer. She is so thorough, knowledgeable and patient.

I went to the Mold clinic with severe pain and I couldn’t turn my neck to the right. I have been seeing Ashley for 4/5 sessions and I now have almost no pain and pretty much complete range of motion. I am going to continue with treatments but I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that has been shown. Very friendly also, the lady on the front desk alway greets you with a friendly hello!

Even at the age of 24 I have been to my fair share of Physio therapists and Chiropractors due to various injuries. I have been having sessions with Amy one of the chiropractors since December last year and cannot recommend her enough. Out of 4 previous professionals she has been the most accurate with my diagnostic, relieving 2 weeks of tension and allowing me to continue working. Unlike other professionals she provided me with exercises to stretch and strengthen my effected muscles. With strict following of this program I was able to work pain free for the first time in 5 months after 7 sessions. Would 100% recommend!
Always been dubious about these places but when I found myself crippled by neck pain, this place was recommended to me. I was unable to work, couldn't even sit on the sofa, struggled to sleep and even struggled to get up out of the bed, so begrudgingly I made an appointment. Ask for Ashley if you visit. She's friendly, understanding of your needs and has a no nonsense approach to treatment that I greatly appreciated. Sadly there was no quick fix for me. There was nerve and muscle damage and there is no magic pill that will fix that, but fix me she did and I could not be more grateful. When I first walked in the door I thought that I may be permanently crippled, I was in agony. I walked out smiling and have been able to continue on with my life.
I am so pleased that I contacted the Back to Health clinic in Mold when I was suffering from back pain. The receptionists were so welcoming & put me at ease straight away. Peter is an excellent chiropractor - confident, professional, knowledgeable & gifted. I felt so much better after my first visit. I will make sure that I book regular appointments for treatment every 3 months to avoid being in that kind of pain again. Thank you very much to the Back to Health team
I've been seeing Ashley for about a year now mainly for my neck issues, and not only has she totally fixed me but I now don't suffer at all with headaches due to neck pain. The longest I'm willing to go without an appointment is 3 weeks and that's not because I need it but beacuse I feel so good after seeing her, whether it's to crack my back or to loosen tight muscles. The only thing is I wish I had discovered back to health a lot sooner as she could have saved me from years of headaches and pain.
