Phenomenal food and a brilliant experience. The owner was extremely kind and helpful in helping us decide what to order, and all of the curry was extremely well prepared. Eating with the hands also leads to a great dining experience!
The food is very interesting, especially the "street food" part of the menu. Quality is always good, we fell in love with cheese nans! Nice staff as well :
Bhel Puri reminded me of my Nani’s.. the flavors were so bold and tangy. Friendly owners who genuinely seem to care about the food they are serving, will be back!
This restaurant has all the street foods which will most definitely meet your taste and flavours… I was very impressed with the customer service and appreciation which the owner himself had ordered and served… just what you need as a customer you need a great service and who takes care of customer requests.. All the menu seems well presented details of food presentation is met, the restaurant itself has a cosy atmosphere and well maintained desi retro look with meeting the clean hygiene awareness skills.. Yes I am a street food fan so I ordered my very favourite samosa chaat, paaner naan and yes hot cup of chai/tea which needed a bit more sugar as I am a sweet lover… but that wasn’t a problem as the owner had all the answers to that!!!! let’s see if the owner remembers my chat! Try them out… you wouldn’t be disappointed as the food is just amazing…you will feel like your in South Asia once you walk into the restaurant…with the desi street food on the menu!
Everything we ordered was super delicious. The flavours, the textures and the overall presentation of the food really spoke for itself. We are vegetarians and there were plenty of options also vegan. Try the paneer tikka Naan. If you go out for Indian food around the area, try Babuji. The service is impeccable. We'll be back! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Great recommendations from the waiter as well.
This is an amazing south Asian snacking place with all traditional street foods, authentic masala tea bottomless, and the vibe with old classic Bollywood music. A must go for all south Asians. They serve proper south Asian meals too.Recommended dishesBhel Puri
An amazing experience, the staff were just as amazing and the food wasn’t your average. It satisfied every taste bud as you would expect from great food. It’s the perfect place eeeically if you’re looking for a local halal spot.
Life changing meal. Do yourself a favour and come try the flavours here, even if you think you already know Indian food. We really enjoy Dishoom but Babuji is in another league. We had the shingara chaat, bhel puri, paneer butter massala, dabba gosht with some garlic naan and rice. Everything was mouthwatering and delicious, special mention goes to the bhel puri. The bottomless chai is extra spicy much more so than Dishoom's version and less sweet. Service is impeccable and the staff made great recommendations. We can't wait to be back to try more of the menu!
So positively surprised! It’s incredible, original and tasty food. Loved everything we ordered. The faar faar are epic!!! But honestly everything was so good.
Delicious food. Great service, very friendly. I went with the butter chicken and one nan bread was enough, definitely coming back.
