I received the order yesterday,,I must say I am highly disappointed at the level of packing that the suits were sent in , as you are a designer brand ,you must know that packing gives a first impression of ur shop , the suits I received yesterday were packed in horrid packing ,where they were just sticking out ,all packets were ripped suits were just shoved in random bags ,and were literally falling out. , I paid 550 for these items, and expected to come in decent high standard packing with high quality packing so they looked presentable more like they seemed like a purchase from Sunday car boot sale ,and u r a designer brand , your company was recommended by one of ur customers and was shocked to see the packing, I just spoke to customer service on pH and all I got was simple sorry ,where as I expected to have good quality bags sent out to me, I was told next time u place order we will send bags . I even sent messages on WhatsApp but got no reply. I am disgusted with the packing and now ur company is adamant not to send me proper packing.
