I’ve been here a couple times to show some visitors a good Scottish food experience. Every meal myself or my company have tried has been very good at reasonable prices and the service is excellent. I also love the quirky menu. The second time I went, there was a live Scottish folk band playing in the corner which created a lovely atmosphere. Recommend!
A great place to spend a couple of days in Glasgow. It's a pub that has some rooms available. The rooms are top-notch and the staff respectful and friendly. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy and it can be noisy bun only until midnightRooms: 5/5
Just what was needed for a one night stay but could easily have been more. Lovely well furnished and clean single room. A warm greeting on arrival and the food was excellent with well kept beers! What more could you wish for?Rooms: 5/5
One of the best pub experiences I've ever had. Delicious food, lovely warm staff and during the day on a Wed and Sat they have great folk sessions that properly warm the cocklesService: 5/5
I like this place. I've only been a handful of times but I like it's vibes. Music at the ideal volume to allow for beers and a good chat with friends. Simplicity done well.Service: 5/5
Amazing wee traditional pub with great food nestled in a quiet spot near Trongate. Great staff, good beer and whisky. Indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't stay overnight. I always order the haggis. If you're lucky, you might catch a traditional music session. Don't tell the tourists!Rooms: 4/5
The pub itself has a great vibe. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and make good use of the space available. The continental breakfast was a really good addition to the stay. I'd definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5
I used the hotel as a base for my travels around Scotland. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet, even in the heart of the city. Short walk to Buchanan Street, etc. And the staff are amazing - even helped me repair luggage that had been damaged by the airline. A great find!Rooms: 5/5

Great atmosphere and selection of drinks. Little bit pricey but it is merchant city. Would definitely visit again!Service: 5/5
