Great place to have a drink and sing song before the football. Always a lively local atmosphere and traditional music. Bar prices are fantastic and it’s always got a buzz to it. No frills but a Glasgow classic. Wheelchair accessibility: Street level access
Stopped here as the bar we were going to go to only had 2 people in it. What a find. It was busy. A musician came In and the table we were at was joined into several others. Meaning we were beside the regulars, several pints later...it was good crack and the singer was good. One local sang 2 Frank Sinatra songs and he was excellent. There seems to be entertainment every day. Nice big bar, typical bar decor. Will definitely be back.
A small, atmospheric pub with a very mixed crowd. We had a great time.Service: 5/5
One of the best old school bars in Glasgow. They serve a great pint of Guinness at a reasonable price. A place I always visit anytime I am back homeService: 5/5
Great wee bar with live music on Saturday night. The atmosphere is fantastic.Service: 5/5
Unashamedly, a Celtic bar, this is a busy traditional boozer with old style standards of attentive and friendly service. You won't stand long waiting to make your order no matter how deep at the bar. There's a mixture of locals, regulars, shoppers, tourists and people there to enjoy the regular live music. It can get quite congested, but that's part of the atmosphere. Serves a great pint of Guinness. Prices are extremely competitive i.e. cheap! And it's at a great, if a bit forlorn, location ; historic Glasgow Cross.
This place had an ambiguously gay atmosphere. I had a pint and left. The washrooms were dirty and small.Service: 2/5
On a night out and went in for a couple of beers. Great atmosphere as soon as you get in the door. Friday night with live music witch was great. Compared to other pubs in the area the prices in there are great. Served really quickly and the staff were great. Will be back again.Service: 5/5
I'd like to call this my Glasgow home pub. Fantastic staff, clean, great live music and good prices. Cheers from Florida!Service: 5/5
