I’ve placed an order by fast track collection for Brand new Philips 43 inch tv which was collected in Aylesbury store. I received used one with missing parts, however on the box is a Yodel label with an address to someone else. On the screen you can find someone else finger prints. The customer service didn’t offered me any other way to resolve this issue just return this product to store. Very disappointing

Argos meant to be a friendly catalogue shop but not anymore. I bought a laptop and this was broken within 2 months they refused to exchange instead offered a repair.  I have come across with very rude staff especially in Aylesbury branch. Long waiting time at the till and at collection, unprofessional staff, don't care attitude, felt like I was a victim instead of being a custom. I don't recommend shopping at Argos to anyone. Better shop at Amazon or John Lewis at least your money back is  guaranteed if item was faulty. Disgraceful

Even though the item gets called on the screen that it's available to collect, on 2 recent visits to argos I've had to wait about 10 mins before staff have given me the product. You can't really blame the staff on the shop floor if the store is understaffed. But the management really need to look at hiring more people.

Argos is fantastic  customers services wow  staff amazing    bought  mybirthday pressie today as it mybirthday today    it's the   newest version out  samung galaxy tab A curved edges. At a reasonable price   of £109 this morning  my little birthday🎈 treat
