We were offered help as soon as we entered the store. We did order a bed from them but we had to find someone to help. They were friendly. We ordered a bed, mattress and pillows. Received the delivery on the correct day to not receive the pillows with it. I phoned the store and they told us that we should of taken them with us when we put the order in. We had to go back and pick them up to be told that it happens all the time... Not the most professional thing to say. But the bed is a good quality.

Sales man was really nice no pushy pushy just explained told him what we wanted. He showed us some different beds and said if need any help just call. Very polite would highly recommended and will use again.

Awesome shop Loads of kids beds to play on Loads of bedroom furniture ranges incl wardrobes So many beds and they are all colour coded to make it easy to choose Free tea and coffee

Absolutely shocking and awful customer service. The mattress was ordered at the beginning of February and still hasn't been delivered. Rescheduled for today 17/03. Had to call them AGAIN to ask what's happening. Advised we will have to wait another month! Joke!
