Robin hood wore a mask I bought a maitre saw ex display in a sealed box opened up found there were parts missing went back and basically it's my problem great customer services from the trade department

Absolute disgrace. The staff told us when we got to the till at 9pm that they had turned off the tills and we couldn't buy anything and had to leave. We argued and requested a manager whose name was David who swore at us and swore under his breath at us. He kept telling us we had all day to shop and we Shouldve come earlier. Absolute disgrace and I will be complaining to b and q head office about the so called manager who acted like an angry 5 year old.

This is definitely the best place to go if you need advice before undertaking your DIY. Most of the people on the floor are retired trades folk who have plenty of good tips. They are always very obliging.

Friendly staff. Prices are ludicrously over the top though. 750ml door paint £21 at B&Q, and it wasn’t even the good stuff. I nipped over to B&M and managed to get an equivalent for £3.99
